The bathroom is across the hallway in-front of your room which has additional 4.5'x7.8' space. It's entirely for your own use. Please keep it clean & enjoy your stay.

[ Privacy, Comfort & Freedom ]
You're NOT expected to meet & greet anyone in the residence. This room is your private world. You can come & go anytime you wish. You can check yourself in anytime after the posted check-in time. The main entrance to the house has a bi-fold partition to give you the extra space when you step in.

- Complementary coffee starter set is provided. Each set has 10 Folgers Classic Roast coffee bags/singles, a sugar jar & Coffeemate Original powder creamer.

- Vanity sink/large wall mirror in bathroom.
- Additional wash sink & counter in-room with wall mirror.
- Iron/ironing board.
- Hair dryer.

- All utilities included.
- Toilet is equipped with hand-bidet for personal hygienic use.
- Toilet paper & paper towels are provided.
- (2) 54 x 30 inch bath towels and (2) 26 x 16 inch hand towels are provided.
-1 new set of travel toothbrush & toothpaste.
-1 set of new soap bar, small shampoo & conditioner bottles.
- Laundry machines are provided for free in the garage (PLEASE USE WITH CARE).
- Laundry Detergents are also provided as complementary from the host and are labeled as "COMPLEMENTARY" on the detergent shelf next to the machines. We have liquid & powder washing detergents plus Bounce fabric softener for drying cycles. You're welcome to bring your own as needed.

- Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM daily (guests are welcome to use laundry & all amenities 24/7 but be courteous of noise level during quiet hours).
- Nice backyard landscaped and furnished with patio furniture.
- House has security cameras all around on first floor (rooms are on 2nd floor).
- NO smoking/pets/guests/friends to the house.
- NO outdoor footwear in the house, shoe rack is provided at entrance closet.
- Comfort/Soft cotton slippers are provided in your room.
- Street level & GUEST parkings are permitted.
- Outdoor patio area in backyard with nicely landscaped garden.

- Parking is more congested after hours, if you come home early before 6-7PM there are always plenty of street level parkings.
- You can park in all "GUEST" parking areas around the neighborhood.
- The nearest convenience store is Bob's Liquor located at Davis St & Agnew Rd (0.4 Mile).
-The closest bus station is at Cheeney & Agnew Rd ~ 0.4 mile walk from home.
- The nearest 7-11 is on Lafayette @ Hyde (~1 mile away from home).
- There is a Safeway plaza @RiverMark at Montague Exp & Agnew Rd. (~2 miles away). Many restaurants, dining choices & services available here.

We're located near Levi's Stadium (about 1Km or 10mins walk). At the same area there is an Amtrak station at Lafayette & Tasman junction. The Lightrail station is also nearby on Tasman overpass bridge.

There are a few big companies around the area within walking distance such as Intel, Oracle, Samsung, Cisco, etc.

Potential noise warning!
Please request ahead if you're sensitive to the noise. We can arrange to accommodate guests with stays less than 30days. We have periodic house party with friends on every few Friday or Saturday night. Usually 2-3 weeks period. These events can vary in intensity depends on the mood of the guests. Worst case scenario is a house full of screaming kids in the hallway while loud blaring music is played downstairs. Most of our guests are not bothered much to complain about it but it would be a nightmare for people who need to rest due to their work schedule. Please be warned of the risks & request for arrangements ahead so we can move the events out to work with your schedule. Sorry, we can only arrange for guests with maximum of 30-days stay.
