And no family vacation in Florida is complete without a visit to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Sea World, all of which are just over an hour away.

The Good- Nice back yard and private. Close walk to private beach. Clean towels to use. Smelled fresh and clean upon arrival. Outside shower was awesome. The bad- Open blinds and we had an early morning peeping Tom spraying for bugs at our window. Not cool. Dirty microwave. Master bedroom mattress was to hard for us. Black hairs on master bedroom sheets. The ugly- will need some cat burglar skills to unlock and lock the front door. ( And that’s with the key). lol

Cozy Cocoa Cottage

Lovely home, enjoyed our stay!

Perfect size for our small family and mother in law visiting Florida, the location was one block from an expansive and beautiful beach on the Atlantic coast. We loved waking up and walking to the beach to enjoy the sun and sand, There were beach toys for our 18 month old to play with, and the beach is dog friendly during certain hours so that was a plus for walking and running with our small dog at sunrise and sunset. The home was cleaned well and the living room couch was comfortable and accommodating for everyone to enjoy watching movies together. The kitchen was equipped for cooking meals, this home even had a small high chair for our infant to safely enjoy meal time at the table with us. Cocoa Beach has a great selection of restaurants and a great bar nearby with games and activities. Don't miss out on trying the Hibachi express restaurant, We had a great time and would certainly visit and stay here again! Thank you Vacasa for hosting this lovely home and a fantastic stay.
