Emplacement top mais appartement moyen.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Néanmoins le parking à l'arrière est un peu serré... La partie cuisine mais surtout salle de bain mériteraient plus qu'un rafraîchissement... Surtout la cabine de douche.... Les parties communes sont envahies par les odeurs de cuisson des restaurants du front de mer....
