About this property

Ideally located just 300m from the beaches and shops, lovers of walks and picnics feet in the water will be delighted. Our architect villa "Padua" is a real source of light, space and conviviality. In the heart of Moulleau, our villa is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and has 7 beautiful rooms for 15 people. The villa also has a private parking for two.

Sheets and towels are not included in the price but a quote can be requested from the agency. A security deposit of € 2000 will be requested from the Agency upon arrival in accordance with the rental agreement.

We idéal

We familial avec 3 générations à 14 dont un bébé Pièce de vie top et terrasse sympa pour profiter beau soleil début d automne Literie très bonne et chambres très bien isolées du bruit / pièce de vie Maison située idéalement pour aller chercher le matin viennoiseries à pied 5 min et se promener belle eglise et jetée du Moulleau 5 min aussi Seul petit bémol : des moustiques en journée sur terrasse et qui rentrent ds maison. Prévoir raquettes électriques pour les chasser!

L’annonce Abritel annonçait 6 salles de bains alors qu’il y en avait qu’une. Une résidence sale avec un jardin non tenu où nous avons même trouvé un os à chien. Ce fût une location catastrophique.

maison très bien place et fonctionnel

l'évier était également bouché , nous nous en sommes occupes, le technicien est venu le lendemain mais c'était fait<; cela arrive quand vous louer une maison mais ce qui est déplorable c'est que vous payer un supplément de 33à euros pour ne pas a vous occuper de votre linge et que vous apprenez que c'est a vous de refaire les lits avant votre départ.
