About this property

My house was built in 1894 and can accommodate up to 10 persons on 2 levels, the surface is 2700 square feets.
The volumes are big with a huge fire place in the main room + another one in the kitchen, 3 bedrooms another one possible, one bathroom first floor + another one downstairs with a modern shower, and a brand new furnace to heat the place if needed,..
There is also a big backyard where you can enjoy barbecue parties...
The village is very quiet but Paris is 35mn away by a direct train (station is 12km away from the house) and if you choose to drive it will take you less than 1 hour to get there.
Paris Roissy airport is 40mn away by car.
The Normandy is not too far also (France is a small country)

Très grande et confortable maison de campagne, calme et reposante

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables : la maison est confortable, et le grand jardin est plein d'oiseaux ! Cette partie du village est très jolie et calme. La maison est immédiatement confortable, il n'y manque rien. Les commerces sont à une dizaine de kilomètres, faciles d'accès. La literie est très bien, les chambres spacieuses et propres. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympa - tout était facile. La propriété est à 50 minutes de Paris, et la campagne est belle, pour de jolies promenades. Très dépaysant ! Merci pour tout !
