L'Oustaù is the main house: 4 bedrooms including 1 dormitory sleeping 5, 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen and 2 living rooms with fireplace and stove will ensure you all the comfort you need for a great time.
La Bergerie: 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, 1 kitchen and living room open to nature and the 14m long swimming pool.
La Tchanquée: 2 bedrooms with 1 kitchen and a shower room
Le Carriou: 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room and a dormitory.
With almost 2 hectares of garden and surrounded by 200 hectares of forest, you are alone in the world, deer can visit you, while having all the shops nearby.

The price does not include sheets and bathroom linen.
However, we can offer you the rental of sheets and towels: € 15 / set of double bed + 2 hand towels and € 10 for single beds with 1 hand towel

In season, you can cool off in our swimming pool (14x4m swimming lane) or simply read a good book on the terrace by the water.

To liven up your days at the estate, games are available: pétanque, mölkky, darts, board games and card games!

Many activities outside the area: Lake Arjuzanx (5 minutes by car) is a sumptuous setting for your walks, jogging or biking. A supervised beach is open during the summer season and a nautical club will allow you to practice aquatic activities!

If you want to go to the ocean, you will find the magnificent beaches of Mimizan and Contis 30 minutes away. At 20min, the eco-museum of Marquèze to understand how life worked in the Landes in the last century.
We are exactly 1 hour between the Basque Country and Bordeaux.
