This is Spacious 3000 sqft cabin, Sleeping 10 comfortably and at an altitude of 10,500 feet, well designed touches through out the cabin.
5 Bed 4 Bath with 3 Master en Suites
1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 4 queen beds, 3 full baths
2nd floor has the master bedroom, dining and living room.

Spruce Hill Lodge is a scenic 25-30 minutes (22 miles) drive to Breckenridge, and it is close enough for day trips to several ski resorts.

Fairplay is just down the road, about 10 minutes, Pathers Market for groceries and many restaurants and attractions in town.

Other nearby attractions Fly fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding and hayrides, gold medal trout fishing, disc golf, hiking, ATV-ing, kayaking, mountain bike riding, and of course 14’er mountain climbing. There are many quaint and historical mountain towns to visit in the area, and close-by Breckenridge offers many shops and restaurants to enjoy. You can’t forget the Outlets at Silverthorne for shopping either!

Absolutely BeAuTiFuL and PERFECT!!!

The cabin, inside and out, was everything we imagined and MORE! It was clean, beautiful, and cozy! It was a great place to play, relax, and disconnect from the rest of the world. Also, Dylan was AMAZING!!! Before we booked our trip, while we were there, and even after we returned home, he was always accessible and willing to help!

Perfect Cozy Cabin

This was our first time at a cabin and this place checked everything we wanted and more off our list. The home was more than accommodating. Very clean with plenty of space. The view was amazing. The steep driveway was a little bonus because we used it for sledding. The kitchen had everything you would need. This home was perfect. Be prepared for the low oxygen levels because of the altitude. If you’re not from the area you will most definitely feel the symptoms.

Wonderful home with plenty of space!

We loved our stay and had a wonderful time. It was just what we needed for our family vacation to unwind and refocus on family time. The house is spacious and the rooms are very nice with plenty of light. The view is nice but limited and the decks are small but sufficient. Everything about the house is wonderful for a mountain get away. The only problem we had was the booster pump for the water went out the day we were arriving which I don't fault anyone at all(life happens). The property manager was very good about keeping up with communication about the problem and the plan to get it fixed. The plumber was called to get there that evening but ran late and so ending up coming the next afternoon which left us without running water for 24hours but didn't dampen our enjoyment for the day but did make using the toilets a little challenging with our many kids but we made wonderful memories in spite of it. The plumber and property manager were great about their communication throughout the whole process and achieving a resolution. The only thing is we were told we would receive a discount for our inconvenience and are still waiting to receive it. Overall though it is a wonderful cabin that I would highly recommend and I would defiantly stay there again!! Thanks!!
