This contemporary updated home is the host's guesthouse and kept exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is ample room for 4 in the two bedrooms, and an additional 2 can each have a sofa sleeper. Fully furnished kitchen, with all the basic supplies you’ll need for a nice meal. Don't feel like cooking? Take a stroll in the lively neighborhood, there are dozens of local favorite restaurants and bars all within a 3-4 block radius of the house. Just 10-20 minutes from SeaTac airport, Bellevue and Seattle and 45 minutes from Snoqualmie Pass.

LIVING AREAS

In this open and spacious living room, watch shows on the Roku TV flat screen from the modern furniture including two sofas. The sofas open to reveal one full and twin size beds for additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING

Clean contemporary design kitchen, complete with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances - including an electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is well appointed with all the tools and basic supplies you will need to cook a great meal. For your enjoyment a Nespresso single serve brewing system and complimentary capsules are provided.

The dining area has seating for four while the center island can seat an additional two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home includes two bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 4 guests with additional sleeping in the living area and two bathrooms.

The main bedroom features a queen bed, closet, en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, writing desk with rolling chair and Roku TV.

The second bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and closet.

OUTDOOR AREA

The back porch has seating for two and features a propane gas grill.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Off street parking is available in the driveway and street parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

Hair dryer, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer are provided with laundry detergent/dryer sheets available.

Roku TV, local TV and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Guests can use the Roku TV to log into their personal Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Amazon, or other accounts.

Bluetooth Speaker provided for guests’ enjoyment

Upon arrival, easily access your home with a keyless secure door code, no need for an in person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, linens are provided.

A light weekly cleaning can be provided at no extra cost for stays longer than 14 nights. On the day of cleaning, we kindly ask that you leave the home 11am to 2pm so that we can tidy up and care for the house plants.
