About this property

Bright renovated studio-cabin with 4 beds (2 adults in the main room and 2 children in the cabin)
It is composed of :
-A main room to live of 20 m2 any comfort (air conditioning, wifi, television with connection for USB key) with sofa bed (sleeping 140cm X 190cm) and fully equipped American kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave multifunction and grill hotplates, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso),
-A bathroom with bath,
-A cabin equipped with a 190cm X 90cm mezzanine bed and a firesuit transformable into bed 190cm X 80 cm,
-A large dressing room
-A terrace facing South East of 8 m2 with dining table and deck chairs,
Duvets, pillows, necessities and household goods are provided.
Sheets and towels are available with an extra charge of € 15 for the sofa bed and € 10 per single bed.
High chair, bath and cot (without cloth) for free baby on request and subject to availability.
This comfortable accommodation is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has a beautiful view overlooking the park of the residence.
This accommodation is ideal for a couple or a family with children.
Note: we leave you the option to leave the apartment as clean as you found it when arriving or we offer a cleaning fee for 35 €.

Excellent !

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Florence et Rodolphe dont l’accueil était chaleureux et qui ‘ont pas hésité à leur fournir informations et bons plans sur Antibes te Juan-Les-Pins. L’appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et propre avec un beau balcon donnant sur un parc reposant et verdoyant.
