A big private house located in Hilton Head Island off the plantations, (not on a gated community) that makes easy for all family member come and go. Can accommodate 18 people. 6 bedrooms. No, this beautiful house is not front beach property. Close to all restaurants and beaches in the Island, easy exit to Hwy 278 to go to Savannah, Georgia or to Charleston. Easy directions to find the house. Quiet neighborhood.

Ideal large family gathering place

This property was clean and well maintained. It was close to beaches and attractions and was situated in a quiet residential area. The host thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine and enough toiletries, dish soap,dishwasher tabs, and laundry pods to get started. My only issue was needing to get a bit creative with the cooking as our group of 16 could have used a few more large pots and serving dishes. There were plenty of plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery. We had to buy some containers to put leftovers in as well. Overall our stay was wonderful and we made lots of wonderful memories in Hilton Head.

Family Gathering

The property was clean and everything was in working order upon arrival. We did have to purchase a large pot for our seafood boil and the wash clothes were not up to personal standards. Overall, the home was perfect for our family and provided everyone with a safe place where we could all stay together, catch up, play games and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you.

Great place to stay with large family

This house was great for our family gathering. There were 15 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all. The house was clean, had everything we needed and was very conveniently located to stores, beaches and bike paths. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great house

This house was great for a big family stay. Plenty of space, close to the beaches and sights. Easy access to highways. My only issue was, I felt some of the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and better cookware for the amount per week we paid. It was has to cook with some of the cookware for a large group and some of the skillets were worn. I would still visit this site again these are just upgrades I would like to see.

Great Family Time

Our large family reunion (18 people) had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Bike trails are plenteous while the beach is only 11-15 minutes away depending upon traffic and which beach you want to experience. Walmart and Publix are only 5 minutes away. Several of us visited many of the thrift stores on the island which were at most, 10 minutes away. Lots of us spent either morning or evening out on the screened porch. The beds were all comfortable and the AC worked well! There are parks close by and easily identified on Google Maps. Many of our crew ran walked, or biked in the morning and the bike paths are right there at the entrance of home. There are lots of options at your fingertips depending upon what you want to plan.
