Make memories in this spectacular beachfront home on Lake Ontario minutes from downtown Rochester. With lake and pond views from every room. This home comfortably sleeps 14. Beautifully appointed open kitchen and living area provides a welcoming space for all. Game room with foosball and vintage pinball.

Enjoy all that the outdoor space has to offer including one of the widest stretches of beach in the area, basketball, fishing, fire pit, and more. Several restaurants within walking distance from the home, as well as nearby boat launches and marinas.

Visit nearby state parks and attractions including: Charlotte Beach, SeaBreeze Amusement Park, The Strong National Museum of Play, Seneca Park Zoo, the George Eastman Museum and Sonnenburg Gardens to name a few. Enjoy day trips to Canandaigua, the Finger Lakes and Niagara Falls.

This is our 6th year staying here and it is always excellent. We have 4 generations of our family vacation with us and this place suits all our needs and wants. Fabulous Lakehouse

This is our 4 th year here and we love everything about it! The house and property are beautiful and well kept. The view of the lake is stunning and you even have your own private beach! We can’t wait to come back next year! It’s become our family tradition!

Spacious, well appointed, well maintained lake house. Wonderful views. Lovely deck off master bedroom perfect for morning coffee. We loved our time and would happily come stay again. Kids really enjoyed game room and the beach.

Fabulous house and location!

This was our third stay at this beautiful home. We enjoyed everything about it and all the comforts that the owners provide. The upstairs balcony provides a beautiful view of the water in addition to the downstairs sitting area. The kids enjoyed the almost nightly bonfire and endless romping in the sand. Neighbors are friendly, but also very respectful of people’s privacy. We highly recommend this home as a spacious, comfortable, and wonderful place to stay!

Family gathering for RIT graduation

This house was amazing! We went Rochester for my daughter's graduation from RIT. We had extended family with us, the house was the perfect size and then some. It was convenient to Henrietta where the graduation took place. We ate at Mr. Dominick's which was so close and convenient, delish too. The house was so elegant with tall ceilings and large windows looking out on the lake. We had an amazing sunset the night we arrived and an equally amazing sunrise the day of the graduation. Check in was as easy as it could get and the owners were great! Thank you for the use of your beautiful house for such a special occasion for my family! Go tigers!!

Amazing Home

This was the most beautiful setting and lovely home! The sand and the water, the sunrises and sunsets, and all the comforts provided within the home, made this a perfect stay for me and my out-of-town family.
