einfaches Riad mit allerdings sehr freundlichem Service.

ein einfaches Riad, für die Jahreszeit eher ungeeignet, da offen und ohne Heizung, aufgrund der netten Betreuung durch den Hausmanager trotzdem nett

belle promesse mais pas très attentif aux conditions du séjour

J'ai longuement hésité à donner cet avis parce que je ne suis pas fan de la dénonciation ou ce type d'avis qui classe de façon définitive une opinion en une vérité. Cependant, après en avoir discuté avec tous mes amis.es présents.tes pendant le séjour, l'avis est unanime et je laisse cet avis que j'espère équilibré. Sur le plan du Ryad, rien à dire : il est beau, grand, bien placé (je vais y revenir), propre. Le gardien a été sympa et aidant, la dame de ménage discrète (d'ailleurs vu que nos étions deux fois moins que prévu, elle n'est passée qu' 1 jour sur deux et de faire 2 chambres sur 4 mais rien n'a changé dans le tarif. Autre point : elle arrive à 7h00 du matin pour faire le ménage dans les chambres . Un peu tôt pour des vacances non? J'avais annoncé au propriétaire que nous serions moins que prévu. Demande de geste commercial. négatif. Seul point noir, dans 300m3 se perd une cuisine de moins de 12 m2 sous équipée, les fils de la gazinière apparents, 1 éponge, 1 torchon et pas de quoi faire deux services. En fait, tout est fait pour prendre 1 cuisinier.e qui se débrouille avec ça. Autre point noir : 1 seul clé pour un couchage de 16 personnes potentielles. Le gardien n'étant là que la nuit (nous n'avons pas vu l'intérêt vu que la nuit les vacanciers sont là et que la forteresse est infranchissable et que le gardien est dans sa chambre mais bon...). Les point noirs : la communication. Il m'a fallu appeler la hotline d'Abritel pour récupérer le numéro du gardien qui avait prévu d'arriver à la der. Pas de réponse , ni aux mails ni au téléphone du propriétaire. Travaux complet dans le quartier (j'ai les photos) avec un fossé d'1 mètre de profondeur devant le riad , bruits de travaux jusque tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin. Tout était prévu dans ces travaux annoncés localement mais je n'ai pas été prévenu. Du coup, la localisation sensée être direct vers la Médina obligeait à un détour complet dans un autre quartier. Le sachant, j'aurais pris un autre riad. Le séjour nous laisse un petit goût de plan commercial géré de façon lointaine et pas attentive ni à l'accueil, ni au déroulé , ni à l'environnement. Vu le tarif pour 4 jours, ben c'est léger. En tout cas ce n'est pas nos habitudes de relations et de qualité pour mes invités. Dommage. J'espère que le propriétaire évoluera pour les prochains vacanciers.

Riad très joli et super bien situé

Nous sommes partis à 16 pour fêter mes 30 ans et nous avons ravis de notre séjour dans ce riad. Il correspond tout à fait à la description. Une liste de repas, d'activités et de transports sont donnés par les propriétaires pour votre confort. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix. Ps : le seul bémol rencontré, les lits sont spécifiés en twin sur le site et son double...pas prévu, du coup quelques convives mécontents.
