Lejligheden

The “key-function” worked perfect after we learned how to do it all. Perfect neighbourhood - right in the middle of everything. Not to much “kitchen equipment” - could be better. Ventilator in bathroom out of order.

There were several problems we had with the property. 1. The doors would not open, 2. It took 1 1/2 hours to resolve the problem. 2. The main bathroom’s door when closed, it would not open when trying to get out. 3. The portable air conditioning units. One was extremely loud, both did not have outlets for the hot. 3. We were not told hay after midnight the front door would lock. We did not have a key. We were locked out till 3 am. The people who could assist on the phone told us to go get a hotel??? Finally a neighbor was able to open the door with a card. Please know that it was storming and we had 4 children. It was a very bad experience. The location was excelent.

Perfekte Lage - aber der Rest..

Da wir eine lange Anreise hatten, mit nicht genauem Ankunftszeitpunkt - dieser aber im Online-Check-In angegeben werden musste, nahmen wir im Vorwege Kontakt zu dem Service von Sweet Inn auf. Uns wurde sehr freundlich mitgeteilt, dass wir einfach 20 Minuten vor Ankunft Bescheid geben sollen, es würde dann ein Mitarbeiter die Schlüssel entsprechend übergeben. Es sei gar kein Problem. Leider war es dann doch ein Problem und man ließ uns eine Stunde warten. In der Wohnung angekommen wurden wir von einem Kloakengestank begrüßt. Dazu war das Apartment leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Überall lag Staub. Die Küchenschränke waren schmutzig. Die Badezimmer derart widerlich, dass der Gedanke an eine Dusche Ekel in uns auslöste. Der Esstisch wackelte enorm, sodass wir mit einem Zusammenbruch rechneten. Der TV, wie das WLAN ohne Funktion, zu wenig Geschirr. Das verschmutzte Putzzeug stand im Schlafzimmer (ohne Fenster). Der Abstellraum (vom Bad ausgehend) stand offen. Das Schließen der Tür war zunächst nicht möglich, da Staubsauger, Bügelbrett etc. aufgrund des Platzmangels einfach nur irgendwie kreuz und quer über der Waschmaschine in den Raum gedrückt wurden. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer war mit einer großen Decke ausgestattet. Es gab eine Ersatzdecke - diese wies gelbliche Flecken auf, sodass die Kinder es doch vorzogen, sich die vorhandene Decken zu teilen. Ein Schlafzimmer sowie beide Badezimmer hatten kein Fenster. Der Essbereich erhaschte nur natürliches Tageslicht durch die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer. Der angrenzende „Wohnbereich“, eher kleiner Durchgang mit Sitzgelegenheit, hatte zwei kleine Fenster (eins davon Defekt) mit Aussicht durch Metallstreben auf eine nicht weit entfernte Hausmauer. Natürlich informierten wir umgehend den Service mit entsprechenden Bildern. Man entschuldigte sich und sicherte uns eine Reinigung für den folgenden Tag um 16:00 Uhr zu sowie den Einsatz eines Technikers. Geschirr wurde noch am selben Tag gebracht. Dieser Termin verstrich allerdings. Wir fragten also erneut nach. Es wurde ein neuer Termin genannt. Wir hatten noch einen Tag zu warten - es sollte dann also am 3. Tag jemand um 18:00 kommen. Es kam jemand - um 17:30 Uhr. Die Reinigungskraft war sehr bemüht. Konnte aber in der Kürze der Zeit, nicht wirklich Abhilfe schaffen. Es war sauberer aber immer noch nicht sauber. Ein Techniker erschien nicht. Als wir später Abends zurück in für Ferienwohnung kamen, stank das Treppenhaus so fürchterlich, dass uns schlagart

Beautiful apartment close to all.

The apartmentbus new and very clean. Located in a vibrant part of Paris we were close to everything by waking or metro within 3 min. We had all we needed and on request were provided with a portable air conditioner that was much appreciated. I would recommend this property.
