Unresponsive customer service
The house has a nice layout, but the host only provides the bare minimums, so you will have to go to the store to buy essentials if you are staying form more than a few days (see other reviews). The house wasn't very clean and most of the furniture needs to be replaced. The internet & living room TV didn't work upon check in on Thursday. I responded to the welcome text with the TV & internet issue, but it is either a 'no reply' text or it was ignored (doesn't say 'no reply'). I finally emailed on Sunday bc I hadn't received a response. I did get a quick response & they sent maintenance out the following day, BUT they didn't address the TV in the living room. They reached out to confirm the internet issue was resolved & I replied, "what about the TV," which they said, "we assume the internet will resolve the TV issue," which it didn't. After multiple texts on Monday evening, they sent maintenance back out on Tuesday & I asked them to "keep me posted." I didn't hear anything all day, but when we returned to the house on Tuesday evening, a new remote control was provided & the TV issue was resolved. There was also a faucet in the 2nd bathroom that wouldn't shut off & required a plumber to fix. Overall, the stay would have been fine if they would have responded to the initial text or even resolved the TV situation on the first visit. We didn't have internet for 4 of the 7 nights and didn't have TV in the living room for 5 of the 7 nights. not a great experience.
