About this property

Very ample apartment situated on the top (fourth) floor with lift, air conditioning and all comforts. Located between Via de' Medici and Via degli Speziali, close to Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, it has a wonderful view of the Cathedral Dome, of Giotto's bell tower, Orsanmichele and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartment is composed of an ample living room with sofa bed, three bedrooms (two rooms with super king size bed and one room with two single beds), a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and one bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has been very recently refurbished, as we moved out to go live in the countryside. It is very comfortable and pleasant to live in, conveniently situated near all kind of shops and the main tourist attractions.

A great secret in the middle of everything!

The place is spacious and full of comfort! Beds were great, rooms were well appointed, kitchen is nicely set up. And the bathroom is newly redone. Location is super with views of the dome and tower of the Duomo from the kitchen. Easy access to anything and the area is alive with activity! Host was super responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

Felt like we were in the center of everything, but the place can also be very quiet with the windows closed.

Best view in Florence!

When we looked out the kitchen window we could see the dome of the Santa Maria del Fiore Basilica and Giotto's Bell Tower! And at night it's all lit up against the night sky! Spectacular!! The apartment was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and provided us with everything we needed. The location was great and easy to get around the city. There was a taxi stand right around the corner. There are lots of shops to buy groceries and restaurants in easy walking distance. We would definately recommend this property to everyone!

Location couldn’t be better!

The location was spectacular. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. The check in was extremely easy and check out as well. We will very likely stay here when we visit Florence again!

Fantastic stay!

Perfect location! We could walk to the Duomo, palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi gallery, Acadenia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, the restaurants, supermarket etc. The apartment was spacious, clean and with many amenities. Could not have asked for more! Our view from the kitchen window was the Duomo. When we arrived, someone was already waiting for us, showed the apartment and also gave some suggestions for places to eat and shop. We highly recommend this place and would love to return some day! Thank you Stefano and Valerio!
