Beautiful three bedroom home, nicely furnished. King in Master, Full size, Twins and Hide-abed, sleeps eight. Private Pool (unheated) with nice roomy patio. Lovely dining room that seats 6 with counter seating for 4. Fully furnished with linens, towels and anything you'd need. Attached 2 car garage for car and toy storage. Enjoy Baseball training, golf, Nascar, Casino, and shopping all nearby!

Great location for Spring Training

The house is very nice, very comfortable, with a large garage for indoor parking. We had some issues with supplies, not enough trash bags (2 week stay) and some kitchen utensils we needed. The host had more bags delivered and we bought and left a few kitchen items. We didn't use the outdoor grill because the gas is empty and the host expects the guest to refill it. I believe the host should handle that. All in all, a really nice place to stay if you're in Surprise

Joeys wedding

We were in town for a family wedding. The location is perfect as they live in the same subdivision. Everything we need is close by and we just love the house. It is very comfortable. We have stayed there in the past and will hopefully continue to as we come to town every year.

Great stay

We experienced a family er bringing us to Arizona. Debbie worked with our situation and was extremely accommodating. This house is better in person. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very well maintained. Had everything you needed without clutter and was very well put together. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was in a great location with easy access to stores and restaurants. The pool was clean and usable. Thank you so much for taking us last minute.

April/May Vacation in Surprise AZ

Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed the patio and pool everyday. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work in. Being able to park in the garage out of the sun was a plus. It is in a good location for access to nearby amenities and major roads to travel around Surprise and Phoenix.

First Time

This was our first time renting a house vs a hotel for my family of four. It was amazing. It was so nice to have so much space and our own rooms just like at home. My one son commented it was the best vacation we have ever taken!
