About this property

To live your stay facing the sea and the St Quay Islands, ideal location close to the Comtesse beach, the port, very close to shops, everything is done on foot!

Bright apartment, located on the 2nd and last floor of a luxury residence.
Large living room, dining room and American kitchen in front of the sea, all giving access to 2 south-east terraces, ideal for meals and sunbathing in front of the waves!
Direct access to the beach and customs officers' path by private road. You will live to the rhythm of the tides in front of the Saint-Quay Islands!

The accommodation includes 2 reserved outdoor parking spaces at the foot of the apartment, in the enclosed space of the residence (free).

Housing:
4 bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet.
- a sea view room with a double bed (160x200) and an adjoining bathroom including a large Jacuzzi
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
- two other bedrooms each with a single bed (90x200)
- a second bathroom with shower.

For bedding, you have the choice to provide your linen for the bed and towels or to rent it on the spot at the price of 15 € for a single bed per stay, 30 € for a double bed per stay (included set full bed, a small and a large towel per person).

leider nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht, etwas abgewohnt

Lage und Umgebung sehr schön und ruhig, Strand und Ort nahe, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt, Parkplatz vorhanden. Der Ort hat leider nur wenige Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung musste noch mal sauber gemacht werden, es gab einige Ecken, wo die Putzfirma nicht so genau hingeschaut hatte, außerdem waren die Bett- und Handtuchgarnituren nicht vollständig. Gemeinsam mit dem Inhaber wurde dann alles erledigt, er hat sich unterstützend eingebracht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung angenehm hell, hat zwei schöne Balkone mit toller Aussicht.

Sehr schön...

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben, großzügige Wohnung, tolle Aussicht, netter Ferienort. Leider (noch) ohne WLAN, soll aber kommen. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos über eine Postbox, alles sehr gut organisiert. Persönlicher Kontakt wurde ebenfalls angeboten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent emplacement

Bel appartement, bien situé. Toutefois les informations d’arrivée dans l’appartement sont inexistantes et la propreté laisse à désirer. Problème également pour se garer, car les places de parking qui nous étaient attribuées étaient occupées durant tout le séjour.

Superbe appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires a un agréable séjour Vue sur la mer des deux terrasses A 80m de la plage de la Comtesse Commerces et centre ville a 10mn a pied Parfait merci Pierre
