About this property

A newly remodeled two-bedroom/one-bathroom condo that is steps away from the ocean. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of a single two-story building.

Our unit has two king tempur-pedic beds and a sofa sleeper.

Tile and wood floors throughout the condo, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a beautiful tiled shower with bathtub and so much more to make your stay feel like your home away from home. Also included is a wine refrigerator to chill your favorite bottle of wine. Enjoy watching your favorite show in the air conditioning on the mounted flat screen after a day at the beach. If you need to check your e-mails or surf the web, we also provide free wireless high-speed internet.

The convenience of three outdoor BBQ grills steps from the unit are for those nights when you want to stay in. The complex across the street is included in the commons area, so you are able to use the BBQ, picnic area and chaise loungers beachside. When you want to venture out, we are within walking distance to China Boat Restaurant, Maui Brew Co., Dollies, MisoPhat Sushi, The Beach House at Sands of Kahana and McDonalds, just to name a few.

We are also within walking distance to a Dive Shop, convenience store and several small shops. If you're looking for a golf game, there are 4 world class courses within a few minutes drive of the facility.

We are in close proximity to several beaches. Napili Beach, which has been rated one of the best beaches in the world is approximately 2 miles from our complex.

This property does have an ocean and mountain view, tandem two-space parking, two pools, tennis court, clubhouse, 3 BBQ areas as well as direct access to the ocean to enjoy a sunset and relax on the outdoor seating area.

A great little condo with very comfortable beds!

Our stay was great! The 2 king beds were so comfortable! A few little things to improve on but overall a great little condo. It could use an overall dusting and the bathroom floor could use a good scrub, the tub has a very slow drain so the tub fills when you shower, the beach chairs could use replacing. We had a power outage one evening so the condo was completely in the dark, we went searching with our phones for flashlights or emergency candles but there were none anywhere, they really need to have some. And lastly, there’s a tennis court right beside the unit yet there’s no tennis rackets to use. We were really looking forward to that. The unit didn’t have any and we went to the office to see if they lend or rent them and they said no, the units have them usually. But overall the complex is nice and the condo like I said was a great little condo with the most comfortable beds! It just needs a few little improvements for the price.

Greatly equipped house in prime location

It is a condo on the second floor across the street from the ocean. The local community is amazing, 2 pools, including half-Olympic, 3 BBQ spots, etc. The house is well equipped with everything clean and in working conditions. There is a small beach in 10 minutes walk

We spent a wonderful week at this condo on beautiful Maui! It was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that we needed! The location was very convenient to many activities. Having the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler at the condo for beach days made our beach trips more enjoyable. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time

We had a lovely visit. The condo was nicely remodeled and beautiful. We really enjoyed the beautiful garden outside the lanai, we played tennis every day and the kids enjoyed the pool and pickleball a lot. Eating mangos from the trees on the property was a real treat. The complex is quiet and mellow which we enjoyed over the busy touristy places. Overall very relaxing.

My husband and I currently live in Nebraska when we are not on Maui. We own Ohana Pool & Spa in Maui and our son and his wife live there and he manages it for us. We have three children, two granddaughters and one grandson.

Why they chose this property

We just purchased this unit the beginning of 2019. Our family has been traveling to Maui for about 20 years and have just fallen in love with Maui. We purchased this property to have our own little piece of paradise and be able to share it with others.

What makes this property unique

This unit has been fully remodeled from ceiling to floor. It does have wall a/c in the living room and both bedrooms have window a/c units. The property is directly across the street from the ocean and beach. It is also centrally located to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and many beaches.
