Fantastic Farm Stay

We were a group of 9 traveling with a two year old. The barn is wonderful and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen and eat in dining room were convenient and the back porch was perfect for us. Super communication with our host and we were invited to see their own farm and feed the goats. Special treat.

You have to stay here

I wanted a vacation where my family could see how I grew up on the farm and just be in nature. This place delivered more than I hoped. The barn was homey and comfortable but what made our vacation perfect was Melanie the owner. She went above and beyond and not only showed my grandkids but let them join in. Thank you Melanie for helping make this an amazing trip for me and my entire family. We will be back for sure.

Converted barn

This place was perfect for us. 3 levels with bedroom(s) and bathroom on each one. Spacious and well stocked kitchen. Dining room was a little tight for 8 to gather around, but we managed. The playground in the yard was perfect for the grandchildren. We all enjoyed the goats and pigs. Thank you!

Close to town, but away from it all

My group of seven women really enjoyed our stay on the farm. It was a real treat to be greeted by the goats and pigs each time we arrived back at the farm. There is nothing cuter than those little piggies oinking. It is a working farm so expect creatures of all kinds, that’s what make it so charming and unique. Hosts were great - quick to respond, happy to introduce us to the animals, and didn’t make us jump through hoops to check out. Only complaint was that some of the beds were really hard and the pillows were really flat. Side note- we spotted a bald eagle near the main road just a short distance from the farm! Maybe you will spot it too during your stay.

Cozy location on a working farm with goats, pigs and a fresh farm stand, nearby. Bonus!

Rented this property in anticipation of attending my niece’s wedding in Kalispell. It turned out that it was an easy 10 minute drive to the venue, and short distances to shopping & dining In Kalispell, as well as a lovely 2 hour drive around Flathead lake. Highly recommend!

Great family home

8 adults and a 14 month old stayed in this house. There was plenty of room for all of us with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, enough seating in the living area and a large dining table. We enjoyed the outdoor area and especially loved feeding the goats and pigs. The area is quiet and the surrounding roads are good for an early morning power walk. A really cool restoration of an old barn! Thank you for sharing with us.

Perfect!

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the amenities and most of all the animals alongside! It was a wonderful place to stay for all ages, from 18 months to 62 years. The kids grew very attached to the pigs and goats, and enjoyed feeding them scraps. The views were breathtaking in all directions. And the place was very clean and well appointed. Melanie and Andy were very welcoming and accommodating. A memorable stay we hated to see come to an end!

The Perfect Family Vacation Rental

Thanks to the amount of rooms at the Farmhouse and Barn Properties our entire family was able to stay together. We couldn't be more grateful! This renovated Barn house was spacious and absolutely charming. It is filled with comfy couches, comfortable beds and all the blankets we needed for cool Montana nights. The Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. If you need both properties to occupy a large party you'll find their Farmhouse just a quick 1 minute walk away. We all adored watching the goats, hogs and chickens rustle about! Melanie was a fast in her communication and went out of her way to make us all feel welcome. We hope to stay here again on a future trip to Montana.

Quiet and peaceful

This was a perfect home away from home. Our host was constantly making sure we were happy, comfortable, and had everything needed during our stay. Gave great suggestions as to places to visit and local restaurants worth trying. The best part for me was during the night when stargazing opportunities abounded. Definitely will visit again in the future.

Loved this Red Barn house! Very homey, felt like you were actually in a family farmhouse!

Melanie was very accommodating, so fun to be able to walk out and pick up eggs from the hen house, take our grand daughter out to the goats, pigs and chickens! The sunset views on the farm were awesome, the house comfortable and inviting! We were able to purchase cute t-shirts, goat soap and honey all made by the owners! Awesome place for families with children, play swing and children toys! Would return absolutely!

Memorable family getaway

What a fun place to stay in Kalispell! The barn was clean and spacious, with charming farmhouse decor and fun little nooks & crannies for the kids to explore. Our kids quickly fell in love with the baby goats and piglets, and couldn’t wait to get back to the barn each day after our outings to check on the animals. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions or needs that arose during our stay. We loved it!
