Beautifully remodeled home in Mission Hills. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, beautiful patio overlooking golf course with bbq grill. Community pool and hot tub just steps from the home. Home comfortably sleeps 7 people. Great for family get together or fun trip with friends. Please no big parties and events as it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in a gated community.

Located just down the street from Agua Caliente Casino & Resort, 15 minutes to Palm Springs, accessible to the Coachella Music Festival.

Great location and neighborhood but disappointed in owner integrity

We understand things aren't normal with Covid and would have given the owner the benefit of the doubt but she didn't keep her word. Here is our experience: We arrived at 4:05pm, check in time was at 4:00. We walked into an uncleaned house, dirty dishes, beds unmade, house dirty and in disarray. I contacted the owner and she was not aware the cleaning crew hadn't yet been there. She was very apologetic and cleaning crew did show around 4:20pm. We left the house and tried to kill 1.5 hours in palm springs during a stay at home order. we were able to get take out food and eat in the car, not what we planned for our first night since we brought food in a cooler and planned to cook at the house. The owner did follow up to inform us when the house was cleaned and we could go back. She appeared truly sorry and offered to refund the cleaning deposit or add an extra night stay. I appreciated the gesture and choose to get a refund on the cleaning deposit as we couldn’t stay another night.. Unfortunately, she never refunded the amount. I had asked about our original standard deposit and cleaning deposit refund and she replied promptly that it takes a couple weeks for VRBO. Sure enough, we received our standard deposit back but never got the cleaning deposit which should come from the owner. I replied again to ask about this but she never responded. Very disappointing. The condo is in a nice area with nice view. Kitchen was nice and Master bath is nice. Their is not enough furniture and not comfortable to sit in, more for looks in pictures it appears. The bar stool chairs have loose seats and borderline dangerous to sit in. House had loud cracks throughout the night that woke us up. I am guessing it's the flooring lifting/settling from upstairs when temp changes. The laminate flooring looks nice but seems to be poorly installed downstairs, sounds when you walk on it like it didn't adhere to the sub floor. This place needs some TLC and more abs improved furniture and its disappointing that the owner didn't keep her word. I have rental properties of my own and i wouldn't write a negative review on here but rather i would write directly to the owner with my suggestions to improve but since the owner didn't repond to me and keep her word on refunding our cleaning deposit, i feel i should warn others not to stay here.
