500 m from the Grande Plage & a few steps from the market, the apartment has been tastefully renovated. It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has a view of the marina. The living room and the independent kitchen open onto a balcony facing south west, facing the river. The 2 bedrooms, with a view of the old roofs of Saint Gilles and nicely decorated, are quiet. A garage is available to park your vehicle or drop off your small beach equipment there.

Location à découvrir.

Belle vue sur le port. L'appartement est agréable, chambres vue sur les toits (calme). Marchés à proximité. Promenades à faire à pied (plage, port). Je recommande cette location.
