Concorde Residence on Boulevard des Océanides - Enjoy the activities of the large beach of St. Gilles in this beautiful one-bedroom apartment facing the sea on the 2nd floor with elevator. It features a balcony with magnificent sea views and a veranda, direct access to the beach, an entrance hall, a living room with a double sofa bed, a television with an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower over a bathtub, sink, and separate toilet. Pets not allowed. Storage space for bicycles.

To be paid in addition: tourist tax, deposit.
Optional services: Linen rental. End-of-stay cleaning. Mini Wi-Fi hotspot, baby bed, or high chair (while supplies last) (please contact us for prices). Any optional service must be reserved at the time of signing the contract.

La situation de l'appartement.. un plus !!

Le gros point positif est l'emplacement du logement qui est vraiment juste en face de la plage donc extrêmement facile d'accès, et accessible à pied en moins d'1 minute. Aussi la présence des places de parking devant la résidence est un grand plus. Assez facile d'en trouver car les véhicules arrivent et repartent assez fréquemment. Des restaurants sont a 5 minutes à pied sur le long de la plage, ce qui est parfait. Concernant l'appartement en lui même je m'attendais à des prestations plus élevées. Je pense qu'il y a besoin d'un rafraîchissement et pas qu'un peu. Mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le nécessaire. La vue du balcon/patio est pas mal, notamment lors d'un couché de soleil.

Emplacement idéal mais ménage limite à l’arrivée, toilettes, alèses de lit et oreillers sales. Le store de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. La « terrasse-véranda » est le point fort de la location. Appartement bien fourni en vaisselle.
