OUR BEACH HOUSE! Spacious living dining and kitchen area! 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms! Large master with garden tub and shower! House on two lots which accommodates plenty of parking for guests! Outside shower! Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! Only 1.1 miles to the Garden City Pier! Fair

Was a decent place could have been cleaner and did have a few cockroaches inside the house. Understand hard to control insects in the area due to humidity and ocean, but could have made sure no roaches enter the house by doing everything possible, other then just some traps and spraying yourself hire an exterminator! Also, need some patio furniture no place to sit outside.

Nice place within walking distance of the beach

We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location. This place was large and we did not feel one bit cramped. A couple things concerned us. One the 2nd bathroom was not clean and it didn’t appear the house had a deep clean completed for some time. The was dust and slide webs on the windows sills and light fixtures. Overall the cleanliness was satisfactory Two the house from the street needs to be marked with better signage. In the end if we ever came back to the area we would stay here again.

Great Beach Home!

This house was perfect for our beach vacation! Spacious, with enough room for 6 adults and 3 children with room to spare! The community is so nice and the short walk to beach was amazing!! The homeowners are also super nice and had great communication! Would definitely recommend!!

Beach time and location

This unit was in the perfect location to eatery and beaches. The unit had great parking and size was more than enough for our group of 4 with room for 2 more if needed. Split floor plan so we all had some space to more around inside.

Beautiful Home!!

This property comfortably fit our 10 guests. It is a spacious home so you never feel like you’re walking on top of everyone else. Super easy to communicate with the owners of the home and they are willing to help you find places near here for food and entertainment if you are new to the area. Very fun and relaxing stay. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and there is free public parking right beside beach access if you feel like driving!
