The villa with its two sun terraces, the private swimming pool (size 5x12 m, depth 1,20-2,00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) and the garden overlook the shores of the lake, and will give you a dream view every day...with silver waters, small and sleepy villages in the distance and boats gently cruising on the surface of the lake.
Monte del Lago is particularly suitable for lovers of water sports. On the well-equipped beaches just a few minutes' drive from the villa, as well as fully enjoying the warm summer sun, you can practice classic water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, absolute fun for everyone, adults and children alike.

In the large green area, shaded by age-old olive trees, there is a patio with a table tennis table for exciting challenges with family or friends.
On the two sides of the house, on the first floor level, the two large terraces overlooking Lake Trasimeno, in our opinion the best place for your outdoor lunches and dinners, for aperitifs in the evening in front of the sunset and to spend relaxing days in the lake breeze.
Even in the interiors, the owner, with antique furniture and local handicrafts has managed to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A holiday in Monte del Lago will remain in your heart!
