On the first floor of the condo you will find the living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the laundry area. The first bedroom has a twin day bed and twin trundle underneath, complete with a large flat screen. There is also a full bathroom in the hall across from the bedroom. The master suite has a king-sized bed, a large flat screen and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. It would be the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach.

From the living room you will find the kitchen table with seating for 6 and a kitchen bar with additional seating for 4 more. The kitchen area is perfectly arrayed with all the conveniences you will need to enjoy a home cooked meal: utensils, pots, pans, etc. Also included are an oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard coffee maker, fridge and toaster. You will find a stackable washer and dryer in a closet nearby making doing laundry easy.

On the second floor of the condo you will find two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom for the floor. The first bedroom is a queen bedroom with a flat screen, and the second bedroom also has a flat screen and two twin beds. This floor is very spacious and there is also a small alcove with a mattress pad, perfect for reading a book or just relaxing—the kids will love it!

This unit also has a small patio area with furniture if you would like to enjoy the fresh Gulf breeze.

An oversized community pool and fitness center is a short walk from the condo. A stroll or bike ride 400 yards down the paved bike path will lead you first to the popular Blue Mountain Creamery and the Blue Mountain beach access is just 400 yards past that. The beach access has bathrooms, showers, parking, and a lifeguard on duty! This beach is gorgeous, and clean full bathrooms are open with showers and a large deck overlooking the beach.

Pool is not heated anytime. This Property Comes With Wireless Internet / WiFi.

Great location and property

The location of the property and the condo itself were great. We rented a golf cart which was super helpful for trips to the beach. The pool was super close and very nice. I didn't give 5 stars for the cleanliness only because there were tiny ants in both the upstairs bathroom and the master bath. We did find ant spray which helped. The upstairs bathroom door stuck and my sister got locked in multiple times. Other than that, everything was great. My only other suggestion would be to leave some staples, like salt/pepper, spices, etc. If left by previous guests, it would be great if some of that kind of stuff didn't need to be rebought each time. The condo is super bare so bring or buy anything extra that you may need.

Family beach vacation

Beautiful condo! Lots of space, everything you need in a condo, great kitchen utensils, comfy beds, great pool close to condo. Super cute and safe area, small shops, good restaurants, great bike path. The public beach is 0.60 miles away, it's a bit of a small area, but great late afternoon. Sand Dollar One is great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo! It was a great family vacation! Can't wait to return!
