Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave any used beds unmade and any blankets or pillows used out on the bed. Put used towels on the bathroom floor or in shower/tub.
Please take kitchen garbage out to the black bin inside the garage. If you stay over Monday, please take the garbage to the curb of the driveway.
Put dishes in the dishwasher. You don't need to turn it on. Put ac back up to 78 in the summer and turn lights off. Don't forget to lock the door on your way out!

Why they chose this property
This property is across the street from our townhouse. We bought it for my mom when she decides to finally leave her home and move close to us. In the meantime, we use it for guests when they travel to Gainesville.
