In the "Villa sous le vent" on the 2nd floor, in the Sillon district, you will find this 50m² flat, which has been tastefully restored.

It comprises 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 pull-out beds, a shower room and separate wc. There is a large, bright living room with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher and dining area on one side and a lounge with sofa bed on the other, all opening onto a balcony.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

Other remarks:
- We provide bed linen and towels, and the beds will be made up on arrival.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

On leaving the condominium, turn left or right and you're on the seafront.

The area :
Between the Sillon and Rocabey districts, you're just one street away from the large Sillon beach on foot, as well as all amenities. And a 10-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre, or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for work.

Entertainment:
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that often has a great atmosphere during concerts or matches. This building with its industrial decor has a loft atmosphere.
La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
And there are plenty of restaurants in the inner city and on the causeway, some of them right on the waterfront.
Go and admire the view over Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur hotel (visible from the flat), with its Rooftop (bar on the roof of the hotel).

Food:
Cross the street and 100 metres on foot you'll find an intermarché to do your shopping.

- 15 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station
- Parking: In the street
