About this property

Located just minutes from 'C-street' beach, one of the most popular surfing/kitesurfing spots in Southern California our home is a modern concept with two bedrooms and 1.5 full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The family room seats 6 and the dining seats 4. Washer and Dryer is located in the garage.We have a strict NO PET, NO SMOKING and NO PARTY POLICY.
