Traditional Corfiote house in the charming village of Agios Matthaios on the wonderful island of Corfu. House for 6 people. Restaurants and shops at 100 m. Beaches in the west completely deserted and natural bordering Lake Korrission to 5 km and to the East better equipped to 5 km also. 20 km from Corfu Town.

ESTANCIA EN CASA AGIOS MATHEOS

Antes de valorar tengo que detallar que el trato del propietario ha sido excelente y siempre ha respondido a mis necesidades, no obstante y sintiéndolo mucho, tengo que ser sincero con mi experiencia. La casa estaba descuidada, falta de limpieza, el interior del horno estaba oxidado, la puerta de la nevera tenía salpicaduras que no se podían limpiar, los cajones de la cocina estaban desencajados y costaba mucho abrirlos, la lavadora estaba rota (la puerta se tenía que abrir con una rasqueta), el calentador era eléctrico y no era suficiente para ducharse 4 personas. La luz saltaba y el propietario tuvo que mandar a un profesional para repararlo. El internet tenía poca banda y no cubría nuestras necesidades. La casa tenía aire acondicionado pero estaba desconectado. El lavabo de la segunda planta tenía una fuga de agua. El precio no se ajusta a las prestaciones reales de la propiedad, es caro.
