Ground floor living space of 58 m2, living room, dining room, open kitchen, newly furnished. Outdoor space, 17 m2 pool, summer kitchen. Ground floor, double bed (Italian shower, double sink, dressing room, tv). WC, utility room. Upstairs 3 suites (Italian shower, double sinks, dressing room, tv). Separate WC.
Spacious new kitchen (combi steam oven, American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob and suitable utensils)
Full access to the house. Possibility to welcome 10 people, 2 small single beds can be installed!
18 m2 swimming pool (salt water filtering), summer kitchen (equipped with barbecue, plancha, beer maker, sink), garden furniture and shower room with Italian shower and wc.
