Welcome to Villa Roberto, an architect's house of 100 m2 with 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6
A wood style typical of the seaside houses of the basin, it has a large terrace facing south and enclosed garden with trees
And for children see the biggest for an aperitif a small pool of 6 m2
You also have a fully equipped kitchen, new bedding, wifi, washing machine, bbq etc.
The house is ideally located 100 meters walk from the market and 300 meters from the port
Access bike path and beaches nearby
The neighborhood although in the city center is very quiet and parking facilities in front of the house

Gemütliches Haus, aber.....

Der Kontakt mit Stephane(Vermieter) war problemlos und unkompliziert, da er auch gegenüber wohnt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ grundsätzlich keine Wünsche offen. Es sind einige große und kleine Details die das Gesamtbild letztendlich in ein schlechteres Licht rücken. Im Badezimmer fehlte die Deckenverkleidung und man konnte die Rigipsplatten sehen. Die Holzverkleidung im Flur bog sich durch und man hatte den Eindruck, als ob es gleich runterfällt. Auch in einem Schlafzimmer fehlten teilweise die Wandverkleidungen. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche ist in keinem guten Zustand, da es eine unbehandelte Echtholzplatte ist. Auf dem Bild sind Terrassenmöbel abgebildet, die wir so leider nicht vorgefunden haben.. den Gesamtzustand der Gartenmöbel würde ich als " in die Jahre gekommen bezeichnen". Es ist auch ein Gasgrill abgebildet, aber vorgefunden haben wir einen Holzkohlegrill. Wenn man wirklich mit sechs Personen vor Ort sein sollte, muss definitiv eine andere Gartenbestuhlung vorhanden sein. Durch die Konstruktion des Hauses war es nachts sehr heiß. Eventuell könnte man eine klimaanlage nachrüsten, die in den Mietpreis ja mit einfließen kann.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - waren rundum zufrieden!

Wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, im Kühlschrank als Überraschung ein paar Austern und eine Flasche Wein. Sehr schöner, gemütlicher und vollkommen unkomplizierter Aufenthalt. Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Waren rundum zufrieden. Kommen gerne wieder, herzliche Grüße aus München.

Super séjour !

Un accueil chaleureux par Stéphane et son épouse comme on les aime ! La maison est très bien située et très agréable !! Le marché à proximité a pied (environ 3 minutes), Arcachon à 10 minutes de voiture bref le bon endroit pour un super séjour dans le bassin ! Stéphane est très très disponible et nous a transmis tous ses petits secrets afin de rendre agréable notre séjour ! Merci encore sincèrement à lui et son épouse !

Maison très agréable et bien placée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. L’annonce est conforme à la réalité. L’emplacement est très bien. Juste à côté du marché. L’hôte est très sympathique et de bons conseils.
