The location was ideal! The dwelling itself was just ok. There were a few ants in the kitchen. The bathtub / shower drain was clogged and we had to call in someone. It was improved but not fixed. Outdoor shower was small and had many nails popping thru ceiling making it slightly unsafe. Owners came in midweek and did much work on back adjoining property. All were friendly but it was loud at times.
