This is a beautiful and relaxing 2 bedroom condo with an incredible Cabo San Lucas bay view, it is located next to the Pedregal, one of the nicest locations in Cabo and very secure. It is only 10 minutes walking from la Marina and 5 minutes walking to the main Cabo restaurant area.

Family get away

We were very pleased with the condo. Very clean, had hot water. Was quiet with comfortable beds. We used the couch so an extra pillow would have been nice but with the spare linen we made due with a toss pillow. We would come back here again. There is a big hill to climb but we managed. We did have a car which made visiting the beaches exceptional. We did think the beds were bigger in the second bedroom which also would have been nice but no big deal. Perhaps a hair dryer but again no big deal.

Not a place for peace and quiet

The condo itself was fine along with the views but the noise levels were unacceptable. Between the party goers and the excessive dog barking at all hours of the day, everyday, I would not recommend this place to anyone going for a relaxing quiet holiday. We had to talk to the security/ maintenance almost everyday about the parting at unacceptable times ( one particular time 5:30 am) and the puppy mills and owners that did absolutely nothing to control their dogs and would just leave them out all day and all night. The owners of the dogs would just go away at night so they would not have to put up with the noise themselves. In regards to the noise aspect from the party goers that was not resolved but temporarily controlled it would take quite a few calls and complaints before anything was done. The security/ maintenance tried his best and even received a threat from one of the people at one of the parties, a guest that partied constantly. I /we can understand the fact about wanting to have a party while down there but be considerate, this was not the case at all. We even found out one of the other condo owners had an excessively loud party and said he was tired of the renters saying anything and would make as much noise as he wanted. This particular owner rented his condo out but did not care in the least. I think I have gotten my point across, this is not the quiet retreat it is made out to be. The condo owners need to get better rules in place and enforce them. Once they get better rules in place and enforce them I am sure it will be a lot better. I/ we have tried voicing our complaints to our particular condo owner and they are just being unfairly disregarded. I would not recommend this property until some major changes to the rules have been made and enforced.
