Bright and Beautiful Home with unique landscaping that features both sun and shade for the hot days, within walking distance of World Class Golf Courses. This house has an open concept with vaulted ceilings, tile floors, granite counter tops with a pass through window from the kitchen to outdoor patio set, leather sectional and plenty of outdoor seating options for entertaining including a propane fire pit, BBQ, outdoor shower as well as an Arizona room with ceiling fan. The Master bedroom has a King bed, private bath, huge walk in closet, Flat screen TV with cable and sliding glass doors out to a designated patio area just for this bedroom. A 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet and view of pool. Flatscreen TV with streaming only. Primary renter is required to be 40 or older. No young children, please contact us for details. No Pets except for CCI, must supply owners with card and branch info as we are connected with this organization. Parking is available in the garage for 1 car. Yes, the pool can be heated with extra cost Oct-April and we have cable tv in living room and master bedroom.

Truly an oasis!

We were thrilled with the house! The location was good, especially its location to golf, restaurants, and shopping. The house was clean and cute, offering more linens, kitchen utensils, and spices than we could hope to use along with games, puzzles, and books.The house is decorated cutely and welcoming. But it is the backyard oasis that we loved the most. The different sitting areas along with the pool made it a magical place to hang out. We absolutely loved it and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful Oasis!

This was our third trip to the same home and we plan on returning next year! The home is gorgeous. It's clean, well managed and just beautiful. The owners, Kim and Eric, are fabulous! The home is central to a ton of things and the community is wonderful. The quality of items in the home, towels, linens, etc. are top notch. It's just as stated - an Arizona Oasis!!

It was wonderful. Location near everything. Lovely private yard. Great floor plan. Loved the community. Would definitely come back. My sister and I stayed in the home. I’m from Michigan and my sister is from California. Our 3rd sister lives in the community and is only a mile from where we stayed. It was perfect!

Perfect!

My sister and I stayed at this beautiful home for my first trip to Arizona. The host has thought of everything- it is beautiful and perfectly appointed with so many thoughtful items. The location was great. Very comfortable beds and furniture and the pool was so nice. The backyard is beautiful, especially on a cool evening. We loved it!

Hosted by Kim and Eric

We are Washingtonians, living in Bellingham. Kim was born and raised 'in the Ham' and Eric grew up all over the world as his dad was in the military. We enjoy being active in the outdoors by biking, hiking, boating, kayaking, running, skiing (attempt golfing) and we often visit Whistler, Canada to camp and enjoy all the above activities with our Canadian neighbors, eh! Eric works in the solar industry and Kim works in Physical Therapy with a service dog at our local hospital. We have 4 grown children between us.

Why they chose this property

We are planning for our future retirement and want to become snow birds like most people from Washington :)

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because of the unique landscaping in our backyard that you normally don't see in Arizona as well as the updated interior and location! We counted 5 palm trees in the backyard and 2 in the front!!
