Très belle prioriété au calme et proche de la côte

Très belle maison mais également très fonctionnelle. Hôte charmante et très accueillante. Située au calme mais pas très loin de la côté et de villes et villages animés. Si il fallait donner un point d'amélioration, ce serait de prévoir une climatisation, surtout pour les période de canicule. En dehors de cela, nous recommandons fortement cette belle propriété qui ravira ses futurs locataires à coup sûr !

Maison superbe beaucoup d’espaces pour nos enfants entre Narbonne et Béziers. Village de capestang à 5 min voiture endroit discret et reposant dans la nature à refaire

Herrliches Ferienhaus

Sehr geräumiges, äusserst geschmackvoll und topmodern eingerichtetes Landhaus mit herrlicher Aussicht über die Weinberge und in die Weite. Äusserst freundliche Betreuung. Bestens zu empfehlen.

für Liebhaber der Ruhe und des Genusses

Herzlichen Empfang. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Sehr ungezwungen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Eigene Garage. Sauber. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Umwerfende Loft. Top Terrasse mit enorme Weitsicht und in der Nacht kein Fremdlicht in der Nähe. Morgensonne auf der Terrasse dafür kann man am Abend lange draussen bleiben. Am Morgen, wenn es auf der Terrasse oben zu heiss ist, kann man dafür im Erdgeschoss im geschützten Bereich geniessen oder essen. Die Schwalben fliegen einem beinahe um die Ohren und die Natur ist sehr entspannend. In der Nacht sehr viele Fledermäuse. Herrlich!!! Wer mit absoluter Stille umgehen kann, wird die Ruhe geniessen. Gute Matratzen. Tolles Bad. Viel Platz um die Kleider und Schuhe zu verstauen. Die Küche bietet alles was man so braucht. Der Kühlschrank ist gross. Die Wohnung ist ohne Klima Anlage und dennoch angenehm kühl wenn man zuvor die Sonnenseite mit den elektrischen Rollladen verschliesst. Die Einkäufe sind in Capestang schnell zu erreichen. Eine sehr gute traditionsverarbeitende Bäckerei gibt es an der Hauptstrasse in Maureilhan. Wir wählten diesen Ort um schnell in alle Richtung zu sein. FAZIT: Einfach toll und sehr entschleunigend. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Frau Poux. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-D

Super séjour !!

Cette maison est vraiment très confortable, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. La terrasse de l'étage offre une vue dégagée sur la nature, très appréciable surtout au coucher du soleil. Les extérieurs sont très spacieux et permettent de belles parties de pétanque à l'ombre des mûriers platane, tout en préparant le barbecue. On peut également faire de belles parties de foot dans la grande pelouse juste devant la maison. C'est un endroit silencieux qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. La maison est idéalement placée pour visiter la région, tout en restant proche du littoral.
