About this property

In the heart of the village of Ars, recently renovated loft type house.
Close to shops and village life but very quiet because the house is located at the end of a dead end. The neighborhood and the neighborhood are lovely.
Two courses including with outdoor shower.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Views of the Bell Steeple from the rooms on the first floor. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor can be fitted with a 160 cm bed or two 80 cm beds.
One of the bedrooms is independent and overlooks the main courtyard. This studio-room has a bathroom for the disabled.
A bathroom and a toilet per room. High quality bedding.
The house can be rented without the studio and therefore with three bedrooms instead of four. In this case, make a tariff request.

Fabulous house in Ars

We loved this house in a quiet side street in the centre of Ars en Ré. Well equipped kitchen and open living space, lovely courtyard for outdoor dining, very comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms. Fabulous holiday.

Wonderful house!

This is a lovely house, light, clean, spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped - and perfectly located in Ars-en-Re. It's particularly nice for families with older children (or groups of couples) as the bedrooms are very separate from each other and all have their own bathrooms -- so there's privacy in addition to a large common space and patio where you can spend time together. The owners are attentive, generous and friendly -- really couldn't have been nicer. Had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Location parfaite à tous les niveaux !

Très bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement placée , près du centre mais néanmoins très calme. La disposition des chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain attenante permet l’indépendance de chaque locataire. Propriétaire à l’écoute et facilitante . Excellente adresse.

Des vacances merveilleuses dans une maison merveilleuse.

Belle maison avec tous les conforts. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme pendant la nuit, ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas dans d'autres endroits à Ars. Nous serons très heureux de revenir.
