Lovely Place in a Good Neighborhood

Very clean and used the limited space well. Nice patio too. Had a good location and was just minuted from many restaurants and the center of Lyon.

Super Loft in trendigem, zentralen Quartier Croix Rousse

Die Wohnung ist zweistöckig. Im EG befindet sich ein Raum mit Couch, Esstisch, Küche und (separater) Toilette. Alle Materialien sind neu und hochwertig und designtechnisch trendy. Die Küche ist kpl. ausgestattet. Es hat eineb Geschirrspühler uns in einem Schrank eine Waschmaschine. Vor dem Eingang liegt der Sitzplatz. Und hier kommt das einzige kleine ABER. Der Sitzplatz ist nun kleiner, weil sich die Dauermieter des Innenhofes einen Teil angeeignet haben. Auch sitzen diese (meist) jungen Leute abends zusammen auch draussen und geniessen dass eine oder andere Bier. Uns hat es nicht gestört, ind wir wurden an einem Abend auch eingeladen. Am nächsten Morgen haben sie uns selbstgemachte Brioche gebracht :-) Im oberen Stock der Wohnung befindet sich ein bequemes Bett mit harter Mattraze, ein Schrank und die Dusche (Lavabo). Alles offen. aber hinter einer Wand (hinter dem Bett). Die Wohnung liegt leicht erhöht im coolen Quartier Croix Rousse. In der näheren Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht!
