Apartment renovated in a small condominium of 4 apartments ideally located 14 minutes walk from Marseille St Charles train station in a quiet and typical district of Marseille La Belle de Mai is an old district near the center. It is one of the poorest in France (source INSEE) but perfectly on and near the Gare St Charles / transport. Excellent value for money.

Appartement insalubre A fuire

Récapitulatif de tout ce qui n'allait pas dans l'appartement rouge toilette avec de l'urine séchée un chambre avec urines sur le mur, canalisation complètement bouché dans la salle de bain, toujours dans la salle de bain électricité en panne . Aucune porte ne ferme, porte, fenêtre sol et mur très sale appartement envahi de cafard four tres sale et envahi de blattes. extérieur qui crains pour notres sécurité. propriétaire exécrable ainsi que son employé ce son des personnes malhonnêtes qui ne veux pas nous rembourser nous avons passé que 1 seul nuit et nous avons pas voulu resté en voyant l'état de l'appartement nous avons voulu fuire .et le propriétaire ne nous répond plus et même Abritel ne veux pas nous rembourser ... Un seul conseil fuyez cette appartement ainsi que ce site qui ne prend pas en charge les victimes ....

Logement qui n’a rien à voir avec les photos, mauvaises odeurs, taches sur les les murs draps ,cafards etc … logement situé dans un quartier insalubre, très bruyant la nuit .
