The villa features a stunning, fully equipped kitchen where you can unleash your culinary talents, and unwind in the living room with a smart TV offering cable and Netflix for your entertainment.

Plenty of room
As 4 adults there was plenty of space in this beautiful villa. We love the location also. Did not use the hot tub but the pool was very clean and refreshing. Les the property manager was always around if needed. We totally enjoyed our 3 weeks staying here.

Awesome Place!
This is a great spot in Puerto Morellos. This was our fist time staying in this town. The house was very close to the beach and close to all the down town fun. House was stocked with everything we needed the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The place is very clean and the outside of the property is beautiful!

Amazing stay in Puerto Morelos!
We stayed in the Villa which was spacious and literally had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The kitchen is well appointed; the bed was amazing; and the pool/hot tub/grounds were meticulously maintained. Audrey was easy to reach the entire stay and left us some wine and beer to start our anniversary stay in PM out on the right foot. One thing I loved about this property was it's proximity to Unico Beach, which we really enjoy. It is a short walk to town and the bikes were handy for quick trips. We were lucky enough to have the entire property to ourselves! What a treat and not one that I would expect many would get to enjoy. I highly recommend a stay at La Buena Vida! If you go, say hi to Nacho, the iguana for us!

Unbeatable! Absolutely Awesome!
We have been coming to Puerto Morelos for about 4-5 years now and this place was my favorite BY FAR! The main house was apportioned perfectly, down to flashlights on the bedside tables just in case. The property is so beautiful you'll get lost in time smelling and enjoying the vast array of beautiful flora and fauna (we caught a few glimpses of perhaps the resident iguana). The rooftop view and coziness was so nice in the mornings and evenings looking at the ocean and enjoying the breeze. I don't have one single complaint. The property manager was on site often, as was the pool attendant (daily) and grounds keepers. It's always immaculate wherever you go on the property. We stayed a week and we had a mid-week housekeeping service and that was so very nice. It's perfect -- you won't regret a single thing staying at this great house.

Our Property is uniques because it sit's on two lots so the property is very spacious with lots of green space and beautiful gardens. It's very rare to find a home in Puerto Morelos beach side with a back yard and grass making it feel very home like.
