Ground floor: a large living / dining room with independent fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace and private garden.
Double bedroom, bathroom / WC.
A guard room overlooking a large games room or reception.

Linen and towels provided, baby bed, TV, internet, barbecue for your evenings facing the mountains, above-ground swimming pool, volleyball court on large lawn.
Outdoor activities: Balneo swimming pool complex at 20 minutes, nautical base at 10 minutes ride on the Adour river and on a towpath, bike ride, visit of the ornithological reserve of the marsh of Orx. Hiking trails in the Basque Country.
