Welcome to 3 Little Bears Lodge in Gatlinburg Tennessee...It’s a hidden Gem you will fall in love with!!
You will experience a sense of privacy and the beauty of nature while still being close to all the wonderful activities Gatlinburg has to offer! Guests frequently send photos of bears nearby! The lodge is located within a community, however, it is secluded and offers privacy and amazing views of the Smoky Mountain National Park.
We have a private gated driveway and flat parking for several cars.
We have a 5 star cleaning company to ensure your safety!

15 min to the downtown area of Gatlinburg
Bent Creek Golf course at base of mountain! (bring your clubs)!
4 min to convenience store with deli
5 min to the entrance of Great Smoky Mountain National Park which has creeks, great picnic areas, and hiking trails (Great outdoor area or hike for all ages)
10 min to the grocery store (Food City)
7 min to the arts and crafts loop
7 min to Rocky Top Sports Park
25 min to Dollywood and the Island at Pigeon Forge

The Lodge has over 4400 sq ft and features a warm and inviting family room. There is a spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. You can prepare big and small meals with our fully stocked kitchen supplies! We supply griddles, panini press, pots/pans, tupperware, blenders, bbq supplies, place settings, coffee makers, ect... There are 2 grills available: propane and charcoal.

The Lodge has 3 king suites, one on each level for added privacy. They all have private full bathrooms.
There are also 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level with walkout to a deck!

Sleeping arrangements:
The main-level master has two walls of windows with deck entry, an oversize bath with laundry, and a walk-in closet. There is also a full size futon bed!
The upstairs king suite has a private bath and balcony.
The lower level bedroom has a king bed and twin bunks with an attached full bath. Perfect for families!
There is also a queen bedroom with a walkout deck entry on lower level.
The 5th bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed.

Downstairs you can enjoy a spacious rec room with a pool table, TV, air hockey, boardgames, and many arcade games! The rec rooms contains a large pull out sofa bed.
There is also a covered patio off the game room with a picnic table. Perfect for gathering or playing cornhole!
The cabin has a pack and play and high chair for our youngest travelers!
Relax in our hot tub while enjoying the spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains! The hot tub is emptied and santitized between each new guest!

The private community also offers 2 seasonal pools right in our subdivision. Pools open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
