Central, peaceful condo with 3 acre yard, views, river trail, 100 yds to grocery
The condo sits in the middle of the largest private open space parcel in town. It is the best of both worlds with plenty of space indoors and out and a very convenient location. Enjoy outdoor BBQ dinners on warm summer evenings. Walk down the hall to the grocery store for that one ingredient you forgot. Hop on the river trail and walk along the river 3 blocks to the gondola and downtown. Or take the river trail to the west and access the open space on the valley floor on bike, foot, or afloat on the river.

I have lived in Telluride for 32 years and am currently raising my 2 girls here. We enjoy all sorts of sports and outdoor activities as well as being active in our community. I stay informed of the many events going on and can be an excellent resource for guests.
Why they chose this property
With lots of natural light and minimal shared walls, the condo lives more like a house than a multi-family complex. We are extremely close to the river trail, ski lift, valley floor, grocery, school, and playground.
