About this property

Modern villa located in Solliès-ville, comprising 1 living room, dining room, kitchen of 70m2, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8): 1 master bedroom king size bed with Italian shower, 1 office with double bed BZ, 2 bedrooms teenagers double beds. A bathroom with bath and shower, a game room with billiards. In a rural setting, 1400m2 garden with waterfall (6m), 9m long swimming pool (1m to 1.70m deep), a 4m trampoline, a ping-pong table. A summer kitchen. Wifi available.

Close to the city center and the large shopping center grand var (10mn) 15km from the beaches of Hyères or Toulon.
The linen is provided, no cleaning fee if the house is returned in the rental condition, otherwise add 100E.
A deposit of the rental amount will be requested plus home insurance.

The rental is ideal for a large family with teenagers or for 2 families, but unsuitable for young children (because of the waterfall and the unsecured swimming pool).
