Ideal 5-bedroom family home with private pool with water view in a gated community.
The home has a private pool (heating available at an additional cost) overlooking the water.
Suitable for children of all ages. Travel cots provided. Pool table and Fuss ball table located in the garage. (not a games room)

Fully equipped kitchen including stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher.
All 5 bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, closet, dresser and spare linen.
The living room consists of a two-seater sofa, a 3-seater sofa bed, a flat screen smart TV, DVD player, DVD's, books, and board games.
Two master bedrooms with queen size beds, large closet, dressers and en-suite which includes a shower, toilet and sink.
Family size bathroom at the front of the villa with shower over bath, toilet, sink. Towel closet in the corridor next to this bathroom.
Pool deck has a 4-seater table for outside dining, two sun loungers and a clothes dryer.
The Residents/Community/HOA have banned parties/loud music from 11pm - 7am.
Charging of EV's at $25/day extra
