Pretty new house decorated with care, all comfort with air conditioning. You will have access to a large 8x4 swimming pool (shared with the owners' house) in a large furnished garden with games for children (table tennis, swing, trampoline).

Loan of a bike to go for walks on the greenways that go from the mountains to the sea. Inflatable kayak ready to make the magnificent coves of the Vermeille Coast or on the Spanish side on the Costa Brava!

Beautiful hikes to do, visits to historic and cultural sites in the surrounding area, the sea at 20 minutes and Spain at 10 minutes. A magnificent swimming lake (Saint Jean Pla de Corts) is 5 minutes away.
