FANTASTIC WETLAND VIEWS!! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse sits on the corner with unobstructed wetland views from three decks. The first floor has a large bedroom with a queen size bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a full size bath. The second floor has a large living room with fireplace, TV, two couches and a large chair. Large dining area and kitchen with an Island and three stools for eating. The large deck off the living room offers privacy along with unobstructed wetland views. The third floor offers a large bedroom with a king size bed. Fourth bedroom has 1 Queen and a Pyramid bed (twin over a full) and a full size bathroom. This floor also has a private deck with awesome views as well. 74th Street is a very clean, very well decorated property that would be perfect for a large family or two families to share. Take a look. You won't be disappointed.
