Dockside Garden House in the Salmon Suite. This waterfront property has a private boat dock where you can dock your rental boat. The view is amazing. The best part of your vacation will be sitting in front of the window or relaxing on the deck watching the sea life and the ever changing activity of this beautiful waterway on the Tongass Narrows. Some of the activity you will see are float planes, boats, ships and whales.

This is a duplex with 2 separate rental units. This is the Salmon Suite with three bedroom and three bathrooms. This property is located 8 miles north of town and only about 6 miles south of Knudson Cove Marina or Clover Pass Resort.

**** The dock has a 115 ft catwalk with a 75 ft ramp and a 80 ft main boat dock. The dock is equipped with fresh water with future plans of electricity. There is a separate dock fee of $300 if you would like to dock a boat during your stay. This is a one-time fee per stay. Please let us know if you would like to dock a boat so we can prepare to accommodate you. We will add this fee to your stay if you request the dock to moor a boat.

This vacation rental is approximately 2,000 sq ft. with a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also has a living room, dining area, den, and laundry room on the main floor. The main floor of the home doesn’t have any stairs. You can walk straight in from the parking area onto the beautiful outside deck and into the house without any steps. There is a beautiful maple staircase up to the second floor bedrooms. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, both of these bedrooms on the upper floor have queen beds and an ocean view. The master suite is on the main floor and has a king size bed that can be made up as two extra long twin beds and has a beautiful private master bath with a large walk-in shower with corner seat. For extra sleeping space, the sofa in the den on the main floor, folds out to a queen bed.

The home has a very impressive, well equipped kitchen with high-end appliances including a 36″ glass top stove, double wall ovens, pantry, and a spacious 5 ft side-by-side refrigerator/ freezer with an extra large freezer perfect for the serious fisherman! Guests will also enjoy the wine and beverage cooler. Every small appliance that you can imagine can be found in the kitchen including an Insta-Pot, rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, large Kitchenaid mixer and more. The large 45 sq ft island bar has seats 6 as well as a large dining room table that seats 6 people. Both the bar and the countertops are beautiful white quartz. There are so many wonderful amenities it was too many to list.

In addition, the outside the house is just as cozy as the inside with a large covered deck that faces the ocean and plenty of seating and a large gas barbecue. Pretty flower pots are placed all around the deck. From the deck you can step out onto the grassy, landscaped yard sprinkled with more flowers and shrub. Guest can wander down to the fire pit near the water or out onto the dock.

This house has a view from nearly every window, most of the large picture windows face the ocean. The large dock is perfect for guests who have a boat or maybe you might want to stroll down the dock in the evening to watch the sunset.
