Spend your day seeing the sights, then come home and relax before stepping out to some of Seattle's best restaurants just blocks away. Tastefully decorated with a modern kitchen and bath and luxurious outdoor living space, the Fremont Oasis is the perfect retreat for savvy Seattle travelers.

The Fremont Oasis main floor provides an open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone. Relax in the bright living room with a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. The kitchen features everything needed to create gourmet meals, including gas stove and European espresso! The dining area is conveniently located in the great room, making it easy to enjoy the company of all your family and friends. An enclosed outdoor room in the backyard provides a great space for year-round dining and gathering. You'll find plenty of room and privacy in the upstairs bedrooms at opposite ends of the hallway. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and the master bedroom also includes a south-facing balcony with a view towards downtown.

Fremont is one of Seattle's hottest neighborhoods. Known locally as the 'Center of the Universe,' it provides easy access to downtown and plenty to explore right in your own backyard. Down the street, you can visit the famous Fremont Troll, tour Theo Chocolate Factory, or stroll along the Burke Gilman trail on the Fremont Canal. A short jaunt away is the award-winning Woodland Park Zoo, Green Lake walking trail, and Gasworks Park. You will not be bored in the Center of the Universe!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
