Chalet pas à la hauteur du tarif

Points négatifs relevés lors de notre séjour : - Manque de places de parking : pour un logement pour 8 personnes, il est nécessaire d'avoir 2 places au minimum (1 seule place disponible à l'extérieur devant le garage, l'autre étant dans le garage --> pas du tout pratique) - Sèche linge dans le garage au RDC quand le lave linge est dans le chalet au 1er étage : pas pratique du tout - Manque les notices d'utilisation des appareils (mode opératoire simple) - La vaisselle n'était pas propre : obligé de relaver systématiquement la vaisselle utilisée - Isolation thermique et phonique des fenêtres de très mauvaise qualité : on a bien entendu les voitures lorsque nous essayons de dormir et nous avons eu froid dans la pièce de vie. - Douche non étanche : l'eau coule systématiquement à l'extérieur --> salle de bain inondée = DANGER - Cheminée quasi inutilisable car bris de glace d'un précédent locataire Points positifs : - Fourniture du linge de lit et de toilette - Professionnalisme de l'agence ImmoValley

Appartement sympa

Appartement sympa, propre, belle cheminée, 3 belles chambres. Bien équipé. A qq minutes de la patinoire. Mais face à la route pour la pièce principale. Heureusement avec le couvre feu, nous n'avons pas eu de bruit!
