About this property

Depending upon your stride, it is between 56 and 93 steps to the sand! A few more steps (well more than a few, but the complex is the first one north of the pier) and you are at the famous Oceanside Pier. Go to sleep with the sound of the waves.

The newly remodeled and decorator designed and decorated condo is located in a complex along the famed Oceanside North Strand Beach. The complex is gated. The underground garage has secured parking for 2 cars as well as additional parking for visitors.

The unit is a single floor unit, situated on the second floor of the complex. There are no units above the condo. There is only one unit on one of its sides.

Ocean views from the balcony and part of the living room. The unit has an open plan from the kitchen/living and dining rooms. A wonderful area to relax or entertain.

Like to cook? Or do you just use the microwave to heat things up? Either way you will be happy with this kitchen. It has new appliances and is well equipped with the cooks tools.

Take a break from the beach and relax on lounge on the front patio. Or barbecue your meal using the propane barbecue. Then enjoy your meal on the balcony while watching the ocean and the sunset.

There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the living room. In addition there is central heat and air conditioning if needed. The living room and both bedrooms boast smart TV’s with cable. Cable includes local stations, the sports package and all the movie and premium channels. There is also internet in the condo.

Included are beach chairs, towels and an umbrella.

Restaurants , movie theater, the Oceanside Pier, the Oceanside Harbor are all within walking distance. A wonderful place to come and enjoy the beach and all that dynamic Downtown Oceanside and the Oceanside Harbor all have to offer.

Beach Time

Excellent location to beach, parking garage, & elevator to 1st level. Well equipped unit. Lots of bedding, cookware, & dinnerware. Secured property. Check-in directions from Denise very well organized. Could have used thermostat directions.

This visit was excellent from beginning to end. Denise was Flexible, super easy to work with and available to answer questions throughout our stay. The condo is beautiful (exactly like the photos), well appointed with everything we needed/wanted and steps from the sand. The ocean front location with dining just a short walk from can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful oceanfront condo

A lovely condo in a really beautiful spot on the ocean. Nicely furnished and decorated and was outfitted with everything we could have possibly needed. Sunsets were spectacular. We will stay again.

This is our second property listed on VRBO. We owned a condo on Agua Hedionda Lagoon in Carlsbad for 6 years with views of the Pacific. It was rented at least 9-10 months of the year each year! We sold it and purchased our current condo on North The Strand Beach to be closer to the beach. We can now "see, hear and smell" the ocean! I grew up in northern California and going to the Santa Cruz Beach on Monterey Bay every summer. I wanted a place where I could easily walk to the beach as I could as a child. Now we have it! Our family loves our new condo. Most still live in northern California and we live in Mexico so it is a great place to meet!!

Our love of the beach and easy access to it is why we purchased this property. We have been so thrilled to be in Oceanside. It is a vibrant and growing community. The downtown/beach area is re-developing in an amazing manner. The city is on the move. We are happy to be able to experience it!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the proximity to the beach and the light of the condo. The unit had not been updated since it was built. We were excited to be able to remodel the unit to make it our own and up-to-date it to modern standards. The whole unit is newly remodeled and took us 6 months to complete. We may not have the street side view others have-but we have an ocean view without all the "lookie-loos" being able to look in and see us! We love hearing the waves all the time. AND we found wonderful neighbors too!!
